GALVANIZED STEEL
GALVANIZED STEEL
Hot-dip galvanized flat steel is obtained by rolling Fullhard steel to its final thickness, followed by surface cleaning, annealing, galvanizing (zinc) coating, and drying. Optionally, tempering, oiling, and passivation can be applied to galvanized steel to enhance corrosion resistance, in addition to other options such as shaping, welding, and painting.
Galvanized flat steel is preferred in the automotive, white goods, construction, and building industries.
